  • Contact information: When you book a call, submit a contact form, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message content you provide.
  • Newsletter subscription: When you subscribe to the Mission Control Dispatch, your email address is collected and processed by our email service provider, Beehiiv.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics data: We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (country/region level). PostHog does not collect personally identifiable information by default.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We use essential cookies to ensure the Site functions properly. PostHog may use cookies or local storage for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from third-party ad networks.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Analytics data: PostHog analytics data is retained for 12 months.
