Astronaut Party Inc. ("we," "us," "our") is an eCommerce growth company headquartered in San Francisco, California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website at astronautparty.com (the "Site") or interact with our services.

- Contact information: When you book a call, submit a contact form, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message content you provide.
- Newsletter subscription: When you subscribe to the Mission Control Dispatch, your email address is collected and processed by our email service provider, Beehiiv.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (country/region level). We also record when visitors click our booking link, email address, phone number, or newsletter signup, so we can see which pages lead to contact.
- Advertising measurement: When you arrive from one of our Google Ads campaigns, the ad click identifier in the link (for example
gclid) is recorded so we can tell which campaigns bring visitors to the Site and which of those visitors go on to contact us. We use this to measure whether our advertising works, not to build profiles of individuals. - Cookies and similar technologies: We use essential cookies to ensure the Site functions properly. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and to attribute visits to their traffic source, including our own ad campaigns.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls
- Send you our newsletter if you have opted in

5. Data retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:

- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
